Task Manager Disable by ADMIN Virus Removal

How to Remove this Virus to WindowsXP dont waste time in any antivirus scan or format drives and reinstall windows its a simple steps given below:

STEP1

GOTO START>RUN> given text below:
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

and hit enter now goto run again and type "regedit" without Quotation

In the registry, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
In the right-hand side of the screen, delete the value named DisableTaskMgr & Disableregedit

sometimes may it will makes value again in a few seconds
just restart your PC and repeat first step again so it will be delete value permenently now task manager and registry editor is enable
